1. And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters asswaged;
1 אלוהים זכר את נח ואת כל בעלי החיים והבהמות שהיו אתו בתיבה. הוא העביר רוח על הארץ והמים שקטו.

2. The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
2 מעיינות מי התהום נסגרו. גם השמים נסגרו והגשם שירד משמים פסק.
Ma7yanot mey hatehom nixgaru. Gam ha5amayim nixgaru whage5em 5eyarad me5amayim paxaq.
3. And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.
3 המים שכיסו את הארץ נסוגו בהדרגה. כעבור מאה וחמישים יום ירדו פני המים.
Hamayim 5ekixu 4et ha4are3 naxogu bhadragah. Ka7avor me4ah wcami5im yom yardu pney hamayim.
4. And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
4 בשבעה עשר בחודש השביעי נחה התיבה על הרי אֲרָרַט.

5. And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.
5 עד החודש העשירי הלכו המים ופחתו. ביום הראשון בחודש העשירי נראו ראשי ההרים.

6. and it came to pass at the end of forty days, that noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:
6 כעבור ארבעים יום פתח נח את חלון התיבה שעשה

7. And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth.
7 ושילח את העורב. העורב עף הלוך ושוב עד שיָבשוּ המים מעל פני הארץ.
W5ileac 4et ha7orev. Ha7orev 7af halo2 w5uv 7af 5eyav5u hamayim me7al pney ha4are3.
8. Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;
8 לאחר מכן שילח נח את היונה מהתיבה לראות אם היו פחות מים על האדמה.
L4acar miken 5ileac noac 4et hayonah me hateyvah lir4ot 4im hayu pacot mayim 7al ha4adamah.
9. But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
9 היונה לא מצאה מקום להניח את כף רגלה כי המים עדיין כיסו את כל הארץ, לכן שבה אל התיבה. נח הושיט את ידו, לקח אותה והביא אותה אליו אל התיבה.

10. And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
10 הוא חיכה עוד שבעה ימים ושוב שילח את היונה מהתיבה.
Hu4 cikah 7od 5iv7ah yamim w5uv 5ileac 4et hayonah me hateyvah.
11. And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.
11 היונה חזרה לעת ערב ועלה זית רענן בפיה. אז הבין נח שהמים פחתו.
Hayonah cazrah la7et 7erev w7alah zayit ra7anan bapiyah. 4az hevin noac 5ehamayim pacatu.
12. And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.
12 לאחר שחיכה עוד שבעה ימים שילח נח את היונה פעם נוספת. הפעם לא שבה אליו היונה.

13. And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
13 כאשר היה נח בן שש מאות ואחת, ביום הראשון לחודש הראשון, לא נותרו עוד מים על פני הארץ. נח הסיר את מכסה התיבה וראה שהאדמה יבֵשה.

14. And in the second month, on the seven
and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.
14 בעשרים ושבעה לחודש השני יָבשה הארץ.

15. And God spake unto Noah, saying,
15 אז דיבר אלוהים אל נח:

16. Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee.
16 "צא מהתיבה עם אשתך, עם בניך ועם נשות בניך.
" 3a4 mehateyvah 7im 4i5te2a, 7im beney2a w7im na5ot beney2a.
17. Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.
17 הוצא אתך גם את כל בעלי החיים אשר אתך, את העופות, את הבהמות ואת כל החרקים והזוחלים שחיים על פני האדמה, כדי שיחיו בארץ ויתרבו בה".
Ho3e4 4it2a gam 4et kol ba7aley hacayim 4a5er 4it2a,4et ha7ofot, 4et habehemot w4et kol ceraqim whazoclim 5ecayim 7al pney ha4adamah, kdey 5eyicyu ba4are3 yitrabu bah".
18. And Noah went forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him:
18 נח יצא עם בניו, עם אשתו ועם נשות בניו.
Noac ya3a4 7im benayw, 7im 4i5to w7im na5ot benayw.
19. Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark.
19 כל החיות, כל העופות וכל החרקים והזוחלים – כל בעלי החיים שעל פני האדמה – יצאו מהתיבה משפחה אחר משפחה.
Kol hacayot, kol ha7ofot wkol haceraqim whazoclim - kol ba7aley hacayim 5e7al pney ha4adamah - ya34u mehateyvah mi5pacah 4acar mi5pacah.
20. And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
20 נח בנה מזבח לה'. הוא לקח מכל הבהמות הטהורות ומכל העופות הטהורים והקריב קרבנות על המזבח.
Noac banah mizbeac laH'. Hu4 laqac mekol habehemot ha9ahorot umekol ha7ofot ha9ahorot whiqriv qarbano 7al mizbeac.
21. And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; for the imagination of man's heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.
21 ה' הֵרִיח את הרֵיח הנעים של הקרבנות ואמר לעצמו: "לא אקלל עוד את האדמה בגלל האדם, כי תוצאות מחשבותיו רעות מנעוריו, ולא אהרוג עוד את כל היצורים החיים כפי שעשיתי.
H' heriac 4et hareac hana7im 5el haqarbanot w4amar l7a3mo: " lo4 4aqalel 7od 4et ha4adamah biglal ha4adam, ki to3a4ot mac5avotayw ra7ot mena7orayw, wlo4 4eharog 7od 4et kol haye3urim hacayim kfi 5e7asiti.
22. While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.
22 כל עוד הארץ קיימת, ימשיכו להתקיים גם עונות הזריעה והקציר, הקור והחום, הקיץ והחורף, היום והלילה".
Kol 7od ha4are3 qayamat, yam5i2u lhitqayem gam 7onot hazeri7ah haqa3ir, haqor whacum, haqayi3 whacoref, whyom whalaylah".
