ESPERANTO HEBREW ANALYSIS

HEBREW

ESPERANTO has a direct object marker like Hebrew! Hebrew's is definite though (את) Esperanto's is indefinite (-on)

Who invented the telephone?
Kiu inventis la telefonon?
מי המציא את הטלפון?
Mi him3ig 4et ha9elefon?

Plurals are very regular in Hebrew and Esperanto. HEBREW it's usually as simple as adding -im or -ot and in Esperanto you just add -j

I hate computers.
Mi malŝatas komputilojn.
אני שונא מחשבים.
4ani sone4 mac5evim.

BALANCE! Esperanto originally wanted purity over anything. For instance hospital used to be malsanulejo meaning "unhealthy people place". But in the 80's they adopted the 1'000 most common or international words from English for the sake of ease of learning. Who besides me prefers hospitalo over malsanulejo? Hebrew isn't ashamed of its English words either, nope! It makes the language better! But Hebrew does have its own special word for hospital.

I watch television.
Mi spektas televidon.
אני צופה בטלוויזיה.
4ani 3ofeh b9elewizyah.

Both Hebrew and Esperanto have unique ways of indicating tools. In Esperanto it is the -ilo suffix. In Hebrew it is the MaXXeX infix.

Here is your key.
Jen estas via ŝlosilo.
הנה המפתח שלך.
Hineh hamafteac 5el2a.

Both are Jewish, both have something to do with a man named Eleazar.

Eleazar Zamenhof is Polish.
Eleazar Lazarus Zamenhof estas polo.
אליעזר זמנהוף פולני.
4eli7ezer Zamenhof polani.

Adjectives have their own special pattern in both. In Esperanto all adjectives end and -a.... So easy! In Hebrew there are a few patterns to be aware of. The -i suffix and the XaXoX infix.

The French flag is blue, white, and red.
La franca flago estas blua-blanka-ruĝa.
הדגל הצרפתי כחול לבן אדום.
Hadegel ha3arfati kacol lavan 4adom.

Lastly both have perfect spelling

People have always trying to find comparisons between the two. My analysis is that both are probably the easiest languages in existence.

BOYCOTT

WORD STUDIES

In  this blog post I want to immortalize the words of an Israeli friend on FB that does a good job capturing the world hypocrisy. Today is 11/14/2015

All hallucinators that replaced their profile pictures to the flag of France,

The attack that happened was a heinous and horrible terrorist attack on innocent people
But from this to identify with the French flag ????
Some Facts

1. France has led the boycott of Israel

2. France recommended sending observers to Jerusalem
3. For many years France was a regime hostile to Israel (Francois Mitterrand, De Gaulle)

Although the French after an attack on Israel  does not change their profile pictures to an Israeli flag

Kol hahazuyiyim 5eheclifu 4et tmunot haprofil 5elahem bdegel 3arfat, hapigua7 5eqarah hu4 pigua7 mto7av wqa5eh bcafim megpe5a7 4aval mika4n lhizdahot 7im hadegel ha3arfati ????

Mixpar 7uvdot

2. 3arfat hi3i7ah li5loac ma5qifim lyeru5alayim
3. Bme5e2 5anim rabot b3arfat hayah mim5al 7oyen lyisra4el (franxo4ah mi9erand, dah gol)

4af 3arfatey l4acer pigua7 5el yisra4el lo4 5ineh 4et haprofol 5elo bdegel yis4a4el

Gaza celebrating the french attacks. France condemning Israel and supporting Gaza. France boycotting Israel because they love Gaza so much. Gaza burning the french flag. France is one dumb country.

COMMENTARY:
*Why does poor in Hebrew become rich in Arabic? It's a cross Semitic Antonym shift. It just happens.
*Why does bread in Hebrew become meat in Arabic? Simply put. Lecem used to mean "main sustaining substance"... Ok so " bread or meat". Later it became standardized for the sons of Isaac, thus lecem would simply be bread and basar would be meat. But for the sons of Ishmael lecem would be meat.
*Why is the Hebrew Fall the Arabic Winter and the Arabic Winter the Hebrew Fall? I believe this is the blunder of Eliezer Ben Yehuda.
