Hebrew Freedom

Let's compare ancient Hebrew liberties to modern. In the modern world you get weekends and PTO time if you are lucky. And you can file bankruptcy if you are in serious debt which will stay on your record seven years.

The ancient Hebrews had every seventh day off and every seventh year called a sabbatical nobody worked. Every fifty years called jubilee all debts were canceled. There are seven feasts in which we rest some that are a week long.

The Hebrews did not have to fight for their liberties or worry about it. Everyone had it and everyone knew when to expect it. It was part of their perfect balance.

The biblical system wins hands down.
